    وفي إطار تنفيذ الفقرة 5 من قرار مجلس وزراء جمهورية أوزبكستان رقم 280 الصادر في 5 آب/أغسطس 2002 والمعنون ”تدابير الحد من المعاملات المالية غير المصرفية“، قامت الهيئة العامة للضرائب ومجلس إدارة البنك المركزي الأوزبكي، في 27 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2003، بإصدار القرار المشترك المعنون ”إقرار الأحكام الخاصة باللوائح المنظمة لقيام البنوك التجارية بالإبلاغ الإلكتروني عن المعاملات المالية الضخمة التي تجرى في المكاتب الحكومية الأوزبكية لتوثيق المستندات“ (اللائحة رقم 1321 الصادرة في 3 آذار/مارس 2004).
  • State organizations and institutions, in particular the Ministry of Finance, the Central Bank of Costa Rica, the Public Registry and public oversight agencies, as well as the entities referred to in articles 14 and 15 of this Law, shall be obliged to furnish the information required for the investigation of the activities and offences covered by this Law, at the request of the Unit, with the countersignature of the Directorate-General.
    وهيئات ومؤسسات الدولة، ولا سيما وزارة المالية ومصرف كوستاريكا المركزي ومكتب السجلات العامة وهيئات الضرائب العامة، فضلا عن الكيانات المشار إليها في المادتين 14 و 15 من هذا القانون ملزمة بتقديم المعلومات المطلوبة للتحقيق في الأنشطة والجرائم التي ينظمها هذا القانون بناء على طلب من هذه الوحدة وبإحالة من الإدارة العامة.
